BOUDOIR

WELCOME

You’re here because something resonated. Maybe it was seeing real women, real bodies, real confidence on camera.

Whatever brought you here, you’re in the right place.

This experience isn’t about becoming someone else or chasing a version of “sexy” that doesn’t belong to you. It’s about slowing things down, removing the noise, and letting what’s already there come forward — presence, shape, expression.

You don’t need modelling experience.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
You don’t need to arrive confident.

You just show up.

From there, I guide everything — posture, angles, hands, expression, pacing. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. The session is shaped around what feels natural to you, not a template.

Most of the work is photographed in natural or sculpted light, then finished with high-end retouching that refines without rewriting. Skin still looks like skin. You still look like you. The result is work that feels timeless rather than trendy.

Most of the work is photographed in natural or sculpted light, then finished with high-end retouching that refines without rewriting. Skin still looks like skin. You still look like you. The result is work that feels timeless rather than trendy.

After more than a decade photographing women of every age and body type, one thing has become very clear: confidence has nothing to do with how you look when you arrive. It comes from feeling supported, unjudged, and seen.

YOUR SHOOT

Once we begin, nothing is left to chance.

I guide everything — how to stand, where to place your hands, how to shift your weight, when to breathe, when to soften. I demonstrate poses, adjust angles, and set the pace so nothing feels rushed or awkward.

There’s no pressure to perform.
No guessing.
No “doing it wrong.”

The session moves gradually. What starts with simple movements builds into stronger, more confident images as you settle into the rhythm of the shoot.

Frame by frame, the tension eases. Movements feel more natural. Presence replaces effort.

That’s when the images start to feel different — and when most people realise they’re enjoying the process.

Is This Experience Right for You?

This experience is a good fit if:

  • You want to be guided, not perform

  • You value privacy, calm, and intention

  • You’re open to being seen as you are

It may not be the right fit if:

  • You want fast, high-volume, or trend-driven images

  • You’re looking for heavy body reshaping or AI-style editing

  • You’re unsure about investing time and attention in the process

What You Never Have to Worry About

  • Looking awkward — I demonstrate every pose and guide every adjustment

  • Not knowing what to do — nothing is expected of you

  • Being rushed — I photograph one client per day

  • Being judged — this is a professional, neutral space

  • Sharing images you don’t want shared — privacy is the default

  • Needing confidence beforehand — that comes later, not first

The First 10 Minutes

You won’t be photographed right away.

  • We’ll talk.

  • You’ll settle in.

  • We’ll go over outfits and music.

  • Nothing starts until you’re ready.

STUDIO LOCATION

The studio is located at 4 Fryer Close, Bellbowrie. A private home studio approximately 30 minutes west of Brisbane CBD.

There is on-site parking, and the space is quiet, discreet, and completely private. Sessions are strictly by appointment, so you won’t run into neighbours, passersby, or other clients.

When you arrive, you’ll step into a dedicated hair & makeup area before moving through to the studio itself, a purpose-built space designed for this work.

Studio Design

Half of my home is dedicated to the studio, with over 10 distinct set options to work through. We’ll choose what suits your energy — nothing is fixed or forced.

The space isn’t bright white or clinical. It’s warm, textured, and intimate, designed to feel lived-in rather than staged. Soft light, layered tones, and thoughtful details make it easier to relax, move, and forget there’s a camera in the room.

Comfort comes first.
Everything else follows.

What It Feels Like When You Arrive

Most people notice the quiet first. Just a calm, private space that feels deliberately separate from the outside world. The light is soft. The music is low. Nothing is rushed.

You’re shown through the hair and makeup area, given a moment to settle, breathe, and take in the space. The studio feels warm and contained — not clinical, not performative. There’s room to move, to sit, to ease into the day without feeling watched or on display.

By the time we begin, the nerves usually soften. The space does some of the work for you. You stop bracing, stop anticipating, and start feeling present.

That’s exactly how it’s meant to feel.

Day of the Shoot

All sessions take place at my private home studio in Bellbowrie, Brisbane. The space is quiet, comfortable, and closed to anyone except you.

Arrival & Prep

If you’ve booked hair & makeup, your start time is 9:30am.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair and no makeup so the artist can work freely.

You’ll be offered a glass of champagne on arrival (sparkling mocktails available), with water, tea, coffee, and light snacks throughout the morning.

While you’re being pampered, I’ll review your outfits and plan the flow of your session.

If you’re doing your own hair & makeup, please arrive camera-ready at 10:30am.

The Shoot

Once we begin, we’ll spend the next 2 hours working through your outfits across different sets, building from softer, relaxed images into stronger, more cinematic work.

Nothing is rushed. I guide every step.

All albums, artwork, and image options will be on display for you to see in person later during your reveal.

WHY BELLE-VOUS

1. Images That Are Actually Yours

When you book, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I understand what you’re drawn to, mood, energy, how much or how little you want to reveal. This isn’t a template session. The more you share, the more precisely the work is shaped around you.

2. Retouching That Respects Reality

Every image is retouched personally by me. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is automated.

I remove temporary distractions like blemishes, bruises, razor marks, while preserving real skin texture and natural shape. Stretch marks, scars, cellulite? That choice is always yours.

The work is finished using careful dodge-and-burn techniques, not heavy airbrushing. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s recognition. You’ll still look like yourself, just seen clearly.

3. An Experience That Doesn’t Rush You

From the moment you arrive, the pace is different. I photograph one client per day so nothing feels hurried or crowded.

The studio is designed for comfort and variety, and the session unfolds calmly, with clear direction throughout. I’ve specialised exclusively in boudoir for over a decade. This isn’t something I dabble in, it’s the work.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

Outfits

Plan for up to four looks, with variety. Think contrast, not quantity.

Good options include:

  • Lingerie sets or bodysuits

  • Sheer tops or robes

  • Button-up shirts, jackets, or denim

  • Boy shorts, briefs, or bridal pieces

If you’re undecided, bring extras. We’ll choose together on the day.
In addition to your outfits, we’ll usually finish with a white sheet / art nude look.

Fit matters more than style.
Try everything on beforehand. If you feel good in it, it will show.

Accessories & Details

  • Heels, thigh-highs, body jewellery, anything that completes the look

  • Personal items with meaning (lipstick, perfume, a special bottle, jewellery), optional, but often powerful

Hair & Makeup Notes

If you’ve booked professional hair & makeup:

  • Arrive with no makeup

  • Hair clean, dry, and product-free (washed the night before or morning of)

  • Nails: bare or neutral tones work best

Hair extensions are welcome — bring them if you’d like to use them.

Body Prep (Only What You Want)

  • Remove any body hair you don’t want visible

  • Nothing is required beyond what makes you comfortable

Specific Looks

  • White sheet / art nude: Nude works best for clean lines. If you prefer coverage, bring a nude g-string.

  • Wet look (optional): Many clients finish with a wet shirt look. Bring a white tank or shirt if that interests you.

INSPIRATION

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely normal.

Scroll through my Instagram, website, and notice what draws you in. The light, the mood, the energy.

If you’d like, send through 5–10 images that resonate, or share a Pinterest board. This isn’t about copying poses or recreating someone else’s shoot — it simply helps me understand what you’re feeling drawn toward.

And if you don’t send anything at all? That’s fine too.

We’ll talk it through, and we’ll shape the session together

Editing & Retouching Approach

Every selected image receives careful, professional retouching.

I remove temporary distractions — blemishes, bruises, razor marks — and refine light, tone, and contrast. Skin texture remains real. Shape remains natural.

Stretch marks, scars, and details that are part of you are handled only if you want them adjusted. Nothing is assumed.

The emphasis is always on posing, lighting, and composition first. Retouching is used to refine, not rewrite.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s recognition.

Images that feel honest, strong, and unmistakably you.

Privacy

Your images are private by default.

I may ask if you’re open to sharing images to help other women see what’s possible — but the choice is always yours, and there is no expectation to say yes.

You can choose:

  • Full privacy (nothing shared)

  • Anonymous use (no face or identifying features)

  • Full permission

Your preference is recorded in writing, and nothing is shared without it.
If your session is a surprise gift, images remain private until delivery.
