Privacy by Default

Every session is fully private by default.

No images are shared, posted, submitted, or used for marketing unless you explicitly opt in after seeing your photos.

Choosing full privacy is common, respected, and never questioned.
Your experience, service, and pricing are exactly the same either way.

Your Images, Your Rules

You are always in control of how your images are used.

Nothing is ever published without your clear, written consent. There are no assumptions, no implied permission, and no pressure.

Your reveal is delivered through a password-protected viewing session so only you can see your images.

If you do not give permission, your images remain private. Full stop.

Clear Consent Options (Chosen After Your Session)

After your reveal, you choose one of the following:

• Full Privacy
  Your images are never used for marketing or sharing.

• Anonymous Use
  Images may be used without showing your face, name, or identifying details.

• Full Permission
  Images may be shared with your explicit approval.

You may change your decision at any time before publication.
If consent is withdrawn, images remain private.

You will never be asked to “reconsider” later.

Who Sees Your Images

• Only Matthew (the photographer) handles image selection, retouching, and delivery

• No assistants, contractors, or third parties view your images

• Hair & makeup artists are not present during shooting unless you request it

• No images are reviewed, approved, or selected by anyone else

Your images are treated as confidential from capture to delivery.

A Closed, Professional Set

Sessions are strictly by appointment and intentionally calm.

It is just you and me in the studio.
No walk-ins. No rotating staff. No spectators.

Before we begin, we talk through boundaries clearly. You remain in control of how revealing the session is at every point, and we can stop or adjust at any time.

Secure Handling & Delivery

• Viewing sessions are private and password-protected

• Files are stored securely and handled only for editing and delivery

• Images are not shared externally without your written permission

If you ever have questions about storage, delivery, or access, you can ask directly and receive a clear answer.

Bridal & Surprise Sessions

If your images are a gift, discretion matters.

I offer:

• Password-protected viewing

• Neutral packaging

• The option to hold albums at the studio or with a trusted third party

Many bridal clients choose Belle-Vous specifically for this level of control.

Respectful Storytelling (Only If You Choose)

If you decide to share images, testimonials, or your story, it is handled carefully and intentionally.

Nothing is sensationalised.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is shared without your approval.

If something feels too personal to share, it stays private.
